What we collect

We collect the information you provide to place and fulfil orders: your name, mobile number, delivery addresses, and — where you choose to add one — your email address.

When you submit payment proof, we store the proof image privately and use it only to verify your payment.

How we use it

Your information is used to process reservations, coordinate with vendors, verify payments, and deliver your order. Vendors see only the order details necessary to fulfil their part of your order.

Who can see your information

Payment proof is visible only to platform admin staff performing verification. Vendors never see your payment details. Your contact details are shared with a vendor only as needed to fulfil their part of an order.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile details at any time from your account page.
