The SamaVeda Luxe marketplace

SamaVeda Luxe is a multi-city marketplace connecting customers with independent boutique vendors. When you reserve items, you place your order through SamaVeda Luxe; the participating vendor(s) fulfil their portion of your order, and SamaVeda Luxe coordinates the reservation, payment, and fulfillment process on your behalf.

A reservation is a request, not a confirmed sale — each vendor confirms availability before your order proceeds to payment.

Your account

Keep your login details and any information you provide (name, mobile number, delivery address) accurate and up to date, so your orders can be fulfilled correctly.

Orders and pricing

Prices, availability, and delivery charges are confirmed at each stage of the order — reservation, vendor confirmation, and charge finalization — before you are asked to pay. Final amounts are shown to you before payment instructions are issued.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of SamaVeda Luxe after an update means you accept the revised terms.
